A national level easy to read report all in one instant search.
Instant search is not available for the following states; WY, SD MA and DE.

8. County Courthouse Criminal Search – $16.95 Per County

Criminal Reports are available in all states, on all counties. The above price is for only one county, each additional county is $16.00. The turnaround time for a current detailed single county criminal report can take 1-4 business days. The results will be emailed to you.

11. ABC Credit Report – $9.95
“NO SITE INSPECTION REQUIRED”

Even though we highly recommend that landlords be able to see the full credit report (which provides lots of help information beyond the credit score), you do have the option of receiving basic credit reporting information without having a site inspection, which we call an ABC Report. The ABC Report is based on credit score and a few other factors found on the credit report. The criteria will dictate the results of the ABC report and give you, the landlord/manager, a letter grade between A and F for each applicant. (Note: you receive the ABC report, not the actual credit report, which is why site inspection is not required. To see actual full credit reports, a site inspection is required).
